Eligibility
Residents of the following zip codes are eligible to collect emergency food from the Food Bank:
- 95624 (Elk Grove)
- 95757 (Laguna)
- 95758 (Laguna)
- 95829 (North of Calvine)
- 95683 (Sloughhouse-Rancho Murieta)
- 95693 (Wilton)
- 95759 (Post office boxes in Elk Grove)
- The homeless
No one is ever denied food. If a person from a zip code not listed above uses the Elk Grove Food Bank, they are given food, directions and the phone number to the food closet or food bank that services their zip code.
To receive food, a person needs to present their personal identification and proof of residence with the appropriate zip code. If they are picking up food for other members of their household, they must also provide identification for each person. Homeless individuals are not required to show identification. |
