Eligibility
Eligibility requirements for Helping Hand are the same as for the Food Bank and the Clothes Closet. The person or family in question just needs to present their personal identification and proof of residence with the appropriate zip code.
Residents of the following zip codes are eligible to participate in the Helping Hand program:

- 95823 (South Sacramento-Valley Hi area)
- 95828 (South Sacramento-Florin area)
- 95829 (South Sacramento-Florin area)
- 95830 (South Sacramento-Florin area)
- 95683 (Sloughhouse-Rancho Murieta)
- 95693 (Wilton)
- 95759 (Post office boxes in Elk Grove)
- The homeless
