Our goal at Helping Hand is to help individuals and families overcome personal challenges to get back on their feet and lead productive, healthy lives. We are a counseling and resource center providing trained volunteers that offer assistance, referrals and resources in the Elk Grove community and the greater Sacramento area.
The program personally assists each family or individual with improving their situation and breaking through whatever barriers that stand in their way causing them to seek emergency food and/or clothing.
Helping Hand offers dignity, respect, and a serving of hope.
