Available for individual assistance with resources and referrals for financial, physical and emotional wellbeing, specializing in resources for seniors and the homeless.

Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m.

GED Preparation & ESL Class (Distant Learning Classes)

  • General Education Diploma (GED) Preparation class and
  • English as a Second Language class provided by Elk Grove Adult Education.

Tuition and material fees:  $55. Food Bank clients may qualify for a fee waiver.
Wednesdays: 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Public Assistance Resource Specialist

Available for help in applying for and navigating Public Assistance Programs, such as Cal Fresh (Food Stamps), Medi-Cal and CalWORKS.

Available Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 10:00 a.m.-1:30p.m.
